Custom Corners available to be built around the way your team works best.
Custom built suites from 2,800 to 15,000 square feet, with expansive city and mountain views are available. An additional 15,000 square feet of space is available in a prime location, right off of the building's first floor lobby. Also available are four end units on the third and fourth floors.

Strategically located in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo Art District, TAXI is conveniently connected to downtown and surrounding areas. The campus, which is still expanding, is made up of nine buildings. Home to a number of full-time residents and over 80 creative businesses, TAXI is a mixed-use community and a catalyst for collaboration and communication amongst all who live and work here. With both social and industry specific events taking place monthly, we integrate a culture that attracts industry leaders, while our campus lends itself to daily interactions and creative collaborations.
